Overview: We are currently seeking an Installation Technician. This position will be responsible for onsite installations of network wire runs, terminations, security camera installations, access control installation, WiFi installation, server hardware, wall rack mounting and other installation needs.

Pay: Salary, $36,000-$45,000/year plus benefits

8. Able to lift heavy server and storage equipment as necessary

9. Must be able to use a lift or use a ladder for extended periods of time.

10. Ability to crouch, kneel and work in confined areas for extended periods.

11. Basic power tools knowledge.

Essential Functions

1. Traveling to customers' places of business, in company vehicles

2. Installing networks, technology, equipment and more.

3. Suggest areas where equipment should be set up and where cords should be placed.

4. Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.

5. Network wiring and installation

6. Security camera wiring and installation

7. Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.

8. Testing old and new installation connections.

9. Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.

10. Maintaining equipment.

11. Cleaning up after the job is complete.

12. Recording and maintaining stock levels.

13. Maintaining the work vehicle.

14. Other duties as assigned
